Erick Ivan Luna, a 16-year-old special needs student from Bellflower, California, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of November 13, 2017. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. in the 8600 block of Rose Street, where Erick was standing outside his residence. According to reports, a dark-colored sedan approached, and someone inside the vehicle opened fire.
