Jesus Eduardo Angulo, a 20-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on February 3, 2018, in Bellflower, California. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the 17000 block of Virginia Avenue, behind a bar. Angulo and a friend were in the back of a large parking lot when they were shot multiple times.
