Millard Frazier Jr., a 22-year-old man from Bellflower, California, tragically lost his life on February 1, 2018. The incident occurred in the 17200 block of Balfern Avenue during a backyard barbecue. According to reports, Frazier got into an argument with another attendee, which quickly escalated into a physical altercation.
