Yuliana Garcia, a 17-year-old from Palm Springs, California, tragically lost her life on February 3, 2019, in what has been described as one of the most horrific mass killings in the city's history. Yuliana, along with her friends Jacob Montgomery, 19, and Juan Duarte-Raya, 18, were found shot to death inside a crashed car on Sunny Dunes Road.
