Todd Murray, a 50-year-old resident of Livermore, California, tragically lost his life on February 23, 2019, in a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred at the family's ranch located in the 1000 block of Harman Road in an unincorporated area of Livermore. The shooting was the culmination of a heated dispute between Todd and his older brother, Jeffrey Murray, over electricity usage.
