Juan Manuel Elias, also known as Juan El Gordo Manuel, was fatally shot on August 7, 2019, in Livermore, California. The incident occurred around 4:06 a.m. between a Walmart and a Kohl’s on the 2700 block of Las Positas Road. Elias, 31, was found on the ground by responding officers.
