Destinee Hillery, a 25-year-old woman from Antioch, California, tragically lost her life on March 16, 2019, in a fatal shooting incident on Highway 4 in Concord. Destinee was driving home from work around 2:30 p.m. when her vehicle was struck by gunfire.
