Justin Antonio Montes, a 27-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on March 28, 2019. The incident occurred in the San Pedro neighborhood, specifically in the 400 block of West Santa Cruz Street. On that fateful evening, Justin and his 24-year-old brother, Jason Agustin Montes, were walking in the area when they were approached by a sedan.
