Daniel Robert Ramirez, a 30-year-old resident of Anaheim, California, tragically lost his life on April 4, 2019. The incident occurred when Anaheim SWAT Officer Nick Bennallack, who had a history of on-duty shootings, fatally shot Ramirez. According to reports, Ramirez was unarmed and complying with police orders when he was shot multiple times while descending from an attic. Despite his compliance, he was denied immediate medical attention, leading to his death from the sustained injuries.
