Albert Toliver, a 57-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically killed on May 14, 2019. According to reports, Toliver was living in transitional housing in the Broadway-Manchester area when two individuals forcibly entered his residence and shot him. The incident occurred in the 100 block of West 102nd Street.
