harassing customers. After a brief interaction with Glenn, the officers returned to their patrol car but soon noticed Glenn in a physical altercation with a bouncer outside the bar. When the officers attempted to intervene, a struggle ensued, during which Officer Proctor stepped back and fired two shots, hitting Glenn in the back. Glenn was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after midnight.
