Monte Bowman, an 18-year-old resident of Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on June 24, 2019. The incident occurred outside the Happy Shoppers Market located in the 6400 block of South Vermont Avenue in South Los Angeles. According to reports, Bowman was found with multiple gunshot wounds at approximately 2:15 a.m. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
