Angelica Vargas, a 6-year-old girl from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost her life on July 1, 2020. The incident occurred in the Watts neighborhood, where Angelica and her 4-year-old sister, Amanda Vargas, were found dead in their home. The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department confirmed that the girls were killed by their father in a murder-suicide. The father, whose name was not released, shot both children before turning the gun on himself. He later died at a hospital.
