Jason Jose Cortez Nativi, a 29-year-old photographer from Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2021, in Los Angeles, California. Jason was shot while hiking in Ernest E. Debs Regional Park, a popular nature reserve in the Montecito Heights area. He had traveled to Los Angeles to work on a photography project with a friend.
