In the quiet town of Hudson, Colorado, a grim discovery shattered the winter peace on January 15, 2009. Velva Sue Enander, a 61-year-old female, was found brutally murdered in her home alongside her husband, Harold 'Hap' Enander, 69. A friend, concerned after not hearing from the couple, entered their residence to find a scene of disarray and violence.
