Alexander Alberto-Rossy Veleche, a 24-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2014, near South Normandie Avenue and West 3rd Street in Koreatown, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Veleche and his companion, Jonathan Villamizar, 19, were in a parking lot driveway around 2 p.m. when they encountered two men.
