Esteban Aurelio Diaz, a 32-year-old resident of Porterville, California, tragically lost his life on July 10, 2019. Diaz was fatally shot at The Mecca, a bar located on Main Street in Porterville. The incident occurred just after midnight, and emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene. Witnesses reported that the suspect approached Diaz from behind and shot him, then fled the bar immediately after the shooting. This sudden and violent act left the community in shock and mourning.
