On February 24, 2023, at approximately 5:43 p.m., Porterville Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting near Prospect Street and Henderson Avenue in Porterville, California. Upon arrival, they discovered 22-year-old Porterville resident Ruben Anthony Facio suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
