Chancelor Fields-Colbert, a 19-year-old football player at Sierra College, tragically lost his life on July 21, 2019, in Fair Oaks, California. Fields-Colbert was attending a party at a home on Fair Oaks Boulevard near Sunset Avenue when the incident occurred.
