On July 22, 2019, Jose Ruben Ayon, aged 43, was fatally shot in Delano, California. The incident occurred in the 10000 block of San Jose Avenue around 3 p.m. Ayon was transported to Delano Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead approximately an hour later.
