Jakov Dulcich, a prominent grape grower from Delano, California, was tragically killed on April 11, 2018, at the age of 84. Dulcich, who was well-known for his contributions to the agricultural industry, was shot dead while driving his SUV on Browning Road. According to witness accounts, an SUV and a car were seen trying to hit each other as they traveled on the road.
