Ramon Duran Cabral, a 37-year-old resident of Delano, California, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2018. He was the victim of a shooting incident that occurred while he was a passenger in a parked car on Jefferson Street in Delano. The shooting took place early in the morning, and Cabral was immediately transported to Kern Medical, where he was pronounced dead at around 8:30 a.m. His death was officially ruled a homicide by the authorities.
