Stephen L. Romero, a six-year-old boy from Gilroy, California, tragically lost his life on July 28, 2019, during a mass shooting at the Gilroy Garlic Festival. The festival, a popular annual event, turned into a scene of chaos and horror when a gunman opened fire on the crowd.
