Hector Alvarez, a 19-year-old resident of Gilroy, California, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2015, during a confrontation with the police. The incident occurred outside an apartment complex on Filbro Drive, where Officer Adam Moon responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic violence situation. According to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's report, Alvarez, who was unarmed, allegedly made threatening gestures and reached into his waistband, prompting Officer Moon to shoot him. ...
