Hector Alvarez, a 19-year-old resident of Gilroy, California, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2015, during a confrontation with the police. The incident occurred outside an apartment complex on Filbro Drive, where Officer Adam Moon responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic violence situation.
