Charles Edward Mondev, a 19-year-old resident of Santa Monica, California, tragically lost his life on August 25, 2019. The incident occurred in the 900 block of Lincoln Boulevard, where Charles was fatally shot by his older brother, Christopher Michael Mondev. According to the Santa Monica Police Department (SMPD), the brothers were involved in a heated argument around 6:25 p.m. that escalated to violence.
