Juan Sebastian Castillo, an 18-year-old from Santa Monica, California, was found dead on February 26, 2017. His body was discovered around 5 a.m. outside the UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica with a gunshot wound to the head. The Santa Monica Police Department responded to a call about an unconscious man on the ground in the 1300 block of 16th Street. Upon arrival, officers found Castillo already deceased.
