Miguel Ibarra Lopez, a 37-year-old resident of Wasco, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of August 27, 2019. The incident occurred in the 2300 block of Camellia Street, where Lopez was found with a gunshot wound to the chest. According to reports, Lopez had been outside playing with his son just moments before the shooting. His family members, who were inside the house at the time, rushed out to find him lying face down in rose bushes. Paramedics arrived shortly after 9 p.m.
