David Phillip Pena, a 28-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on September 20, 2019, in Pomona, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Pena died after being shot. The incident occurred early in the morning when police officers were called to the 1400 block of South Park Avenue following reports of shots fired and a car being set on fire.
