On December 2, 2019, Cynthia Kilough, aged 66, was tragically killed in a double homicide at her home in Big Bear Lake, California. The incident also claimed the life of her roommate, Jeffrey Tiner. The suspect, Ralph Meneses, who was also a roommate, called 911 to report the shooting. Meneses claimed that he had been attacked by Kilough and Tiner, which led him to shoot both of them. When authorities arrived, they found Kilough suffering from gunshot wounds outside the home. She was transported ...
