Brendan James Flowers, a 34-year-old resident of South San Francisco, was fatally shot on February 3, 2020, in Brisbane, California. Initially, the incident was reported as a home invasion, but subsequent investigations revealed that it was a random incident. The shooting occurred in the 300 block of Alvarado Street, near Brisbane Elementary School. Officers responded to the scene at 4:19 p.m. and found Flowers dead from gunshot wounds.
