April Lynne Snell, a 23-year-old mother, was last seen on September 3, 1999, in Salisbury, Maryland. According to reports, she was last in the company of her friend Catharyn Ruth Garner and two unidentified men. Shortly after her disappearance, Garner was found murdered in a wooded area off Athol Road in Quantico, Maryland. Despite thorough investigations, there have been no confirmed sightings of April since that day.
