Christian David Silva, a 28-year-old tattoo artist from La Habra, California, tragically lost his life on February 22, 2020, in Artesia, California. Silva had been visiting a friend's home in Artesia on the evening of February 21. As he was driving home alone shortly after midnight, an unknown assailant fired shots into his car near the intersection of 167th Street and Clarkdale Avenue.
