Carlos Martinez, a 34-year-old father of three, was tragically killed on February 6, 2020, in Artesia, California. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on the 11800 block of 168th Street, near Pioneer Boulevard. Martinez was found suffering from a gunshot wound on the sidewalk, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
