Miguel Facha, a 22-year-old resident of Ceres, California, tragically lost his life on March 16, 2020, in Modesto. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. when Facha was sitting in his car in a parking lot near Severin Avenue and Yosemite Boulevard.
