Carlos Garcia, aged 53, was tragically shot to death on June 14, 2020, in Hayward, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Manon Avenue, where police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Garcia and another man who had also been shot. Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other man was transported to a hospital for treatment.
