Vishal Sharma, a 33-year-old resident of Hayward, California, tragically lost his life on September 13, 2020. Born on June 24, 1987, in Fiji, Vishal had been working as an auto mechanic for over five years. On the night of his death, officers responded to a report of a traffic accident at the intersection of Santa Clara and Jackson streets.
