Harmony Mejia, a 16-year-old resident of Tracy, California, tragically lost her life on July 19, 2020. Harmony was a student at West High School in Tracy, where she was known for her academic dedication and her passion for soccer. On the morning of her death, a fisherman reported a suspicious person near Finck Road, west of South Tracy Boulevard. This led to the discovery of Harmony, who had been fatally shot. Despite immediate first aid efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
