Oz'Taz Ja'Quan Massey, a 17-year-old from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on August 19, 2020. Massey was fatally shot while spending time with his family in the front yard of their home in South Los Angeles. The incident occurred near 618 W. 91st St. in the Vermont Vista neighborhood.
