Luis Alberto Ibarra, a 29-year-old resident of Merced, California, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2020. According to reports, Ibarra was shot and killed on a Saturday night. The incident occurred around 9:35 p.m. in the 1200 block of Canal Street, where Merced Police officers responded to a call of shots fired.
