Ray Hudson, a 35-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2020. On that fateful Sunday morning, emergency personnel responded to a traffic collision at the intersection of El Cajon Boulevard and 73rd Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Hudson behind the wheel of a vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.
