Cleo Woods, a 16-year-old from Spring Valley, was tragically killed on September 21, 2021, in a shooting incident at the Bay Terraces apartment complex in San Diego, California. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. when officers responded to multiple 911 calls reporting gunfire.
