Lazaro Orozco, a 26-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2019, in a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred in the City Heights neighborhood, near the intersection of 52nd Street and University Avenue, close to the Colina Del Sol Park and golf course.
