Angel Jovan Cervantes, a 22-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2020. On that fateful day, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office received a distress call from the 8900 block of Folsom Boulevard, reporting a male subject with multiple gunshot wounds. Upon arrival, deputies found Cervantes in his vehicle, suffering from severe injuries to both his upper and lower body.
