Ofiu Fotu Mounga

On the night of February 8, 2021, Ofiu Fotu Mounga, a 30-year-old resident of Stockton, California, was tragically shot and killed while standing in front of his home. The incident occurred around 10:27 p.m. on Knickerbocker Court. At the time of the shooting, Ofiu was accompanied by his wife and in-laws. Another family member was also injured in the attack but survived. Despite immediate medical attention, Ofiu was pronounced dead at the scene.
