On March 4, 2013, Kendall Williams, a 21-year-old African American male, was fatally shot in the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the 4100 block of Washington Avenue, where police discovered Kendall Williams deceased at the scene. Another male victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
