Roy "Papa Bean" Noel, age 24, was tragically killed on May 15, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the Algiers neighborhood, where Noel was one of three victims in a triple shooting. He succumbed to gunshot wounds, as confirmed by the Orleans Parish Coroner's Office. Noel, known for his charismatic personality, was beloved by his family and community.
