Jesus Espinoza-Maldonado, a 23-year-old resident of Oxnard, California, tragically lost his life on March 29, 2021, in Santa Barbara. The incident occurred around 5:20 p.m. on Eucalyptus Hill Road, near Salinas Street. Reports indicate that gunshots were heard in the area, and shortly after, a vehicle was seen crashing into a tree and catching fire.
