On July 9, 2021, Bernd Bernie Storch, aged 82, and his wife, Miyako Storch, aged 87, were found dead in their home on Arbolado Road in Santa Barbara, California. The Santa Barbara Police Department responded to a call regarding suspicious deaths at the residence.
