Mervin Lacy Harmon, a 39-year-old Oakland native, was tragically shot and killed on April 16, 2021. Harmon, remembered by his family and friends as a loving father and a talented cook, was one of the victims in a series of killings attributed to the suspected Stockton serial killer, Wesley Brownlee.
