On August 9, 2023, a 17-year-old male was fatally shot in Oakland, California. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the 500 block of 25th Street. Upon arrival, officers found the victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
